1. Housing access
   • Iowa’s Partnership for Community Integration, through Iowa’s Money Follows the Person (MFP) initiative, promotes the availability of safe, decent affordable housing.
   • A Transition Specialist Housing Toolkit was developed by the Partnership for Community Integration.
2. Coordination of accessibility resources
   • The Iowa Rental Housing Inventory was developed in July 2007 by the Iowa Finance Authority.
